Location: Richardson, TX 75082 Kelley Blue Book Fair Value $3,962 !!! 2002 BlackNissan Xterra XE with approximately 223K miles (could be a bit more or less). 2sets of keys and fobs. The car has had one owner, although listed as 2 on theVIN data because the owner was a minor when originally purchased and latertransferred into current name. No major accidents or body damage/ repairs! Not currently inspected orregistered. NOT STARTING- due to a squirrel nesting under the hood after weweren't driving it much. A few wires were chewed through which is shown inphotos. Prior to that it would occasionally run hot in traffic and cause the ACnot cool. These are the issues we know about, although, we're not carpeople and there could be other things we don't know about given the age ofthe car. Repairs seem like they would be an easy fix for someone who knows howto do the work. The two back tires haveunder 20K miles, but I'd guess even less than 10K from when we purchased acouple years back.

SEALS AND GASKETS:Seals and gaskets are covered when replaced in conjunction with a covered failure, or if the "Seals and Gaskets Coverage" option has been selected and the covered vehicle has less than 125,000 miles at contract purchase date, failed seals and gaskets for covered components will be replaced.
