The time has come to part ways with my love. I’ve own this car for about ten years. Haven’t put more than 1000 miles on it. The car was running but left me stranded with a flat tire once and i parked it since. I would turn it on here and there and it would turn on. The air bags had no problems. One day the car didn’t start and we thought it was the carburetor so we took it apart and since then nothing has been done to it. So now the problems. The car hasn’t been started for about two years if not more. The air bags seem to have leaks or the switches might be bad, it still works but hardly. It is extremely difficult to move. I recently changed the ignition key and i broke the headlight switch which i bought to replace but haven’t gotten around it. The dashboard only shows 54000 miles on it. Im not sure if those are the originals. The previous owner said he had rebuilt the motor. Pink slip is not in my possession but i already request it and should be getting it soon. Plates are on non operational and i’m sure it is more than 500 dollars in fees. The car will come with the headlight switch, a duralast brand new 65 agm battery valued at 200 dollars and an edelbrock 1405 brand new carburetor valued at 300+ dollars. I haven’t seen the undercarriage and i’m not sure if there is any damage to the car on the bottom. The hardtop is really sun damaged and some areas are already corroded and bits are falling off. Currently registered in my name in california, insured, and driven by me. The leather seats show typical wear for their age, there's been some paint work here and there and is thin in places, and has the usual paint nicks and some patina sticking its head up in a few places, but in the original color. The hood was removed for ease of working on the engine, but not put back on perfectly, needs adjustment for fit. Please take a close look at the photos and ask questions before bidding. I work a lot, so my response to questions will be delayed, so don't wait for the last minute to ask a slew of questions. The vinyl top has been replaced and the dealership installed front and rear bumper guards. It has a factory am-fm radio that works, but will need some attention to work perfectly. Engine has good compression, head gasket replaced, valve cover gaskets and oil pan gaskets were replaced to solve a slight leak, freeze plugs replaced, as well as the motor mounts. The car has been recently tuned with a new air filter, recent oil change, spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, plug wires and a few incidentals. The pan gasket was replaced, no leaking, fluid changed and rear u-joint. The fuel system has a new fuel pump and filter and rebuilt carburetor. The radiator and hoses were replaced with a new water pump and coolant, fan belts and heater control valve. The car stops with its new front brake pads, rear shoes and hardware, wheel cylinders and master cylinder. The upper control arm bushings have been replaced as were the shocks, and power steering pump and the tires. It has a rebuilt starter and the muffler has been replaced. All of the work that i have listed has been done over the past two years, but the car is reliable. Please keep in mind that this cadillac was built 45 years ago and like all previously owned vehicles, this car is sold as-is, where-is with no return and no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. 1972 cadillac coupe deville. This a very low mileage example that has been shown often and has earned a trunk full of trophies for its incredible condition and originality. I have been lucky enough to own this incredible car for about 3 years and would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Of the generation of deville's offered between 1965 and 1974, i believe that the '72 is the best combination of power, luxury and overall ride quality. And this coupe deville exemplifies all those qualities to near perfection. I have taken this car out on a number of extended highway cruises and it has performed magnificently.

Every aspect of this car has had attention to make it new or like new. The body was taken off the frame and body imperfections were repaired.
